NOTE: Due to scheduling and time requirements, we cannot guarantee that space will be available for all who apply. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you are flexible, please say so. Nighttime spacing is extremely limited. Set change time between performances is limited to 15 minutes. Bayfest provides a drum kit on most stages to assist in facilitating a speedy set change. Thank you.

If your group requires a performance fee, please provide amount and all details in the Requirements section. If the performance fee is not stated, the Entertainment Committee will assume that you are applying as a volunteer performance

Please note that you are applying for an entertainment application at Bayfest 2008.

* I understand that Bayfest is a venue seeking volunteer performance applications. I agree that my group is willing to perform on a volunteer basis.

I understand that if my group requires a performance fee, I have provided all fee details in the Requirements section of the application.

* I understand that Bayfest requires a performance demo (CD, tape, or video) in order to be reviewed for selection. I agree to submit the demo packet to Bayfest, Inc. within 1 WEEK of the submitted application date. Send to: Bayfest, Inc., Attn: Entertainment, PO Box 1858, Corpus Christi, TX 78403-1858

The online application access will be removed by midnight on July 31, 2008 to allow ample time for the Entertainment Committee to review demos and respond to each applicant. All applicants will be contacted via the email provided no later than August 15, 2008.

IMPORTANT: Performance demos MUST be postmarked and mailed to the Bayfest office within 1 Week from the application date. Mail demos to Bayfest, Inc. PO BOX 1858, Corpus Christi, Texas 78403. Mark packet to the attention of Entertainment. Groups that do not meet this requirement will not be reviewed by the Entertainment Committee for scheduling.
