Bayfest 2009 will be held September 25th, 26th and 27th. Vendor approvals are awarded at the sole discretion of Bayfest, Inc., acting through its 2009 Bayfest Committee, according to the “Selection Policies” set forth in the enclosed “Rules, Policies and Regulations.” All applications will be considered at the same time.
